Reports and white papers

Using program data and/or literature, I partner with organizations to develop reports and white papers including conceptual papers, reviews and syntheses of literature, evaluation reports, and academic manuscripts.

 

Program evaluation

I work with organizations to conduct program evaluations, including posing research questions and determining outcomes, creating data management and analysis plans, and writing and disseminating findings. The introduction to program evaluation presentation below provides a summary of program evaluation and discusses using evaluation to support development of learning organizations.

Background research and literature reviews

While leaders understand the need to stay current on the evolving literature base and trends in the field, this can be difficult in environments of limited resources and time constraints. I work with organizations to synthesize research findings, integrate data into grants and other materials, and understand how current programming fits within the broader trends within the field.

Training and curriculum development

Using academic and organizational literature, ​I partner with organizations to develop up-to-date materials for curriculum and training and conduct training in-person or online.

​

I also collaborate with organizations to provide services related to program management, stakeholder outreach and engagement, program design and planning, and additional services based on the unique needs of each organization.
