Neena Schultz, MSW, MPH
As a public health social worker, my work supports organizations to advance their missions, to understand and communicate impact, and to use evaluation insights to plan for strategic and continuous improvement.
I have experience working across multiple fields and issues. Some areas of focus include:
-
Mental health
-
Global health
-
Housing services
-
Community health
-
Public health workforce and workforce development
I draw on the strengths, theories, and frameworks from both public health and social work fields while recognizing the unique contexts of each. I believe that all work in health and social sectors must first and foremost be accountable to individuals and communities most impacted, and that equity and inclusion must guide this work.

I received my M.P.H. and M.S.W. from Boston University, and have worked with organizations in a wide range of capacities. I value building relationships with clients which serve as a springboard for thoughtful co-creation of projects to support new or ongoing organizations, initiatives and programs. I am based in Philadelphia, and enjoy working with clients remotely and locally.
